Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in sociology, environmental science, rural and/or community development studies plus three years’ relevant experience. We are seeking an individual with demonstrable skills and experience to deliver training, develop participatory plans and build strong relationships with beneficiary communities across Tanzania.  The post holder will empower communities to activate their water-related rights, and will support our wider social accountability monitoring, policy and budget analysis, and evidence-based advocacy. They will ensure effective documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and lesson learning to support scaling up and system change for a fairer water future.
